Our School crest is influenced by the Sanskrit shloka which is an extract from the Subhashitha which means education gives modesty, modesty gives one a good character, a good character makes one wealthy and wealth leads to doing Dharma and helps to achieve contentment in life.
The Crest depicts a growing child in a learning environment, respecting and valuing all the forces of nature to attain wisdom, through modesty, righteousness and happiness.
We believe in the words of Ropo Oguntimehin: "Education is a companion which no future can depress, no crime can destroy, no enemy can alienate it and no nepotism can enslave".
We all at GNS work with this motto.
